6/9/2011 meeting charter for local chapter

>I thank each of you for your help in getting our new chapter started. 
>This is a formal request to the International FCM Executive Board to establish an 
official FCM Chapter in the Atlanta, GA area.  Hopefully, this will be approved and we 
can receive our charter at the upcoming FCM Conference (2011) in Marion, IN.
>After several preliminary discussions and meetings (July 2010, Dec 2010 & Jan 2011)  
we held our first official meeting on March 10, 2011.  We have met the 2nd Thursday of 
each month (April 14th, May 12th, June 9th).  Thus, four official meetings and three 
preliminary meetings.
