February14, 2013 meeting of the Atlanta chapter of the FCM

The February meeting of the Atlanta chapter of the FCM was held at the home of John and Julia Jefferson.
Those in attendance were John and Julia Jefferson, Leland Davis, Randy and Patty Burt, Hunter Morris, Kristen Jeffers, Rick and Angela Jeffers, Judy Neyland, Dawn and Tim Franzen.
We had a great fellowship time during dinner and then watched a Hamner Barber Variety Show DVD, after which we shared ideas and effects with the group. We were delighted to have our visitors and we gave them applications to join the FCM!!
Next month we will have our meeting the third Thursday of the month, March 21, due to the magic conference in Tampa, Florida. Several will be attending.

John Jefferson

The February meeting of the Atlanta chapter of the FCM was held on Feb. 14, 2013 at the home of John and Julia Jefferson.

Leland shared his rope and heart effect with the group. His message was that the heart will do what it wants until you surrender your life to Christ. It is a trick given to him by Eddie Davis.

Randy demonstrated his very funny and different spotted bag that eventually turned into a spotted dog! The idea is similar to another trick, metamorphic spots.

Rick then shared a great gospel effect with Noah and then gave each member the pictures and directions so that they can make their own.

John shared his 9 card trick and gave each written set of directions for the routine. He then demonstrated a very unique paper fold, had all of us do it and then gave directions and gospel patter. The message summarized the plan of Salvation.

John gave our guests membership applications. Hopefully they will join!

Our next meeting will be the third Thurs. of March—the 21st because John and Julia will attend the magic conference in Tampa, FL
