MINUTES:
Julia opened our meeting with prayer remembering special requests and for those members
who could not make it this week.
John opened by explaining Duane's Weird, Crazy trick and then gave each the script he and
Julia use for our church group.
Judy said she used the clock trick and the rope in a bag trick in her ministry with the
nursing homes. We are so proud of Judy!!
Tim shared a joke with us. We are so glad you came, Tim. We have missed you!
Mark showed us a card effect and told us his great gospel patter he uses. His message
was that what we say does matter. We all have the ability to do something well and we
can all witness with our own lives in our own way. We simply should adapt our witness to
our lives!!
Mark introduced our special guest, Joah Skinner. Joah is interesting in acting and
perhaps will find a place for sharing the gospel with magic!! We wish you the very best,
Joah.
John then shared several gospel message tricks with Joah, including the effect, The Door.
We dismissed with prayer.
Our next meeting will be: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2014 at the home of John and
Julia Jefferson.
Have a blessed summer.
